Donations

Farmstead Roots is pleased to support a number of local charities annually through our Drink with Purpose initiative. We love to help charitable organizations and wish it were possible to honor all requests. However, due to the overwhelming number of requests received, local community fundraisers and organizations are given priority access to our donation allocation. Issues that we are passionate about include:

- Food security

- Land and water conservation

- Historical preservation

- Youth character development

- Cancer research and patient support

Please read through our donations policy carefully.

  • Requests are limited to one charitable event per year per non-profit organization.

  • Our donation item is one (1) bottle of Farmstead Cellar wine.

  • We are unfortunately unable to accommodate any out-of-state requests at this time.

  • We have a limited number of items we can donate per year.

  • Current wine production and inventory levels may impact ability to support requests.

  • We cannot make any contributions including sponsorships to schools, school functions, churches, political, or religious affiliations at this time.

  • We do not offer donations for our wine to be poured at an event nor do we offer to donate financial contributions.

  • If you are not looking for a wine donation, but items from Farmstead Community Market, please state "FARMSTEAD COMMUNITY MARKET DONATION REQUEST" in subject.

 

Requests must be made at least 30 days in advance of the event date.

Documentation of your organizations 501(c)(3) status must accompany request.

All donations must be picked up at our tasting room by the requesting party. 

We try to accommodate all requests made within the guidelines outlined above but cannot guarantee that a donation will be made to your organization.
